Victoria is a senior analyst on the utilities team, covering global electric and gas utilities.  She is also a non-voting member of the firm’s Mid Cap Investment Committee.  Prior to joining Brandes, Victoria spent over 15 years in the valuation and financing of large infrastructure projects such as oil and gas and mining, electrical power plants, and water distribution utilities at several major commercial banks, at an OPIC-sponsored private equity infrastructure fund, and most recently, at a water services firm. She holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and an AB degree from Bryn Mawr College. Victoria is a Level III CFA candidate and has 24 years of investment experience.
