Nick Magnuson is an Analyst on the Quantitative Research Team. He also serves as a research member of the Brandes Institute, a division of the firm that investigates potential opportunities arising from the influence of behavioral and structural factors on global investing. His primary responsibilities are managing the project research, analysis and data investigation efforts for Institute and marketing research topics. Before joining Brandes, Magnuson worked as a Research Associate with Jeffrey Slocum & Associates in Minneapolis. Magnuson earned his BA in economics from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the CFA Society of San Diego and the Chicago Quantitative Alliance (CQA) and has 10 years of investment experience.
