What is the Investment Challenge?
The Investment Challenge is a global equity portfolio management simulation where participants compete for the highest total portfolio value. The Challenge takes place over a simulated 5-year period, sometime between 1986 and present day, using actual events and stock price movements as they occurred.
Using laptop computers to access the Investment Challenge site, competitors analyze fundamental stock data and invest a hypothetical $10 million portfolio over the span of the Challenge event. Teams attempt to leverage their investment skills and knowledge of history to outperform their competition.
