Responsibilities

Support strategic growth of Brandes’ UCITS funds and Separately Managed Account business in Asia-Pacific

Understand investment process, portfolio positioning, investment performance drivers etc. in order to support timely client communications and portfolio reviews

Conduct peer competitive analysis via online research, Morningstar, eVestment etc.

Work closely with product specialists in Dublin and San Diego to update presentation materials, due diligence questionnaires, Request for Proposal documents etc.

Exposure to sales support work, including prospect identification, supporting product enquiries etc.

Participate in other ad-hoc business development or management projects when needed

Job Requirements

0-1 year experience

Past internships with asset / fund management companies will be desirable

Proactive, independent and a strong desire to learn through doing

Flexible, resourceful and ability to multi-task and adapt in a small entrepreneurial environment

Strong desire to work toward CFA accreditation
