Location: San Diego, hybrid-eligibleFLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $72,000-$82,000
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be at the center of collateral creation, campaign execution, and brand coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to:
- Manage timelines, compliance reviews, and communications for marketing campaigns
- Work cross-functionally to help develop marketing collateral
- Coordinate with external graphic designers and PR partners
- Maintain digital archives and distribute internal content (e.g., Weekly Digest, Brandes365)
- Support branding efforts for events and conferences
- Ensure smooth vendor relationships and invoicing
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination (preferably in financial services)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Financial writing/copywriting experience a plus
- Familiarity with compliance workflows and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- CFA progress is a plus
