Anita Krishnamoorthy is the Chief Executive Officer for Brandes Investment Partners (Asia) Pte. Ltd. (“Brandes Asia”), which is headquartered in Singapore and is an affiliate of Brandes Investment Partners, L.P. She is responsible for institutional business development, client service and consultant relations in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, Ms. Krishnamoorthy has Analyst responsibilities on the Financial Institutions Research Team. She is also a member of The Brandes Center at UC San Diego Advisory Board.
Before joining Brandes, she was a Fund Manager with Value Partners Asset Management, Singapore, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Research Analyst with Third Avenue Management, Singapore and Senior Vice President with First Eagle Investment Management. Ms. Krishnamoorthy holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor in accounting (with honors) from Nanyang Technological University. Her relevant experience began in 2000 and she joined Brandes Investment Partners in 2015.
Oliver Murray leads the firm’s global client service and business development efforts. He is a member of the Executive Management Group, which oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction. He is also an Advisory Board Member of The Brandes Center at the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego. In addition to these roles, Mr. Murray is Chair of the board of directors of Bridgehouse Asset Managers, the firm’s Canadian arm and Chair of the firm’s UCITS business based in Dublin, Ireland.
Before joining Brandes, Mr. Murray was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with Mackenzie Investments. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Operations with Trimark Investment Management Inc. Mr. Murray is the Chair of the Ireland Funds Canada. He was a former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and FundSERV (Canada). His relevant experience began in 1986 and he joined Brandes Investment Partners in 2002.
