Brandes is a foundation-level member of LGBT Great, a global organization that specializes “in developing LGBT+ diversity and inclusion within the investment and savings industry.” Our affiliation in LGBT Great is a clear reflection of our concept of inclusive citizenship and places Brandes in the company of global firms with the same outlook. We think that DEI should be a key attribute of the global financial services community, to the benefit of our employees, clients and the investors who have entrusted their funds to us. We believe our membership signals to the talent pool within Brandes and to prospective employees that our DEI commitment is sincere.
In September 2023, the LGBT Great team unveiled their Top 50 Gamechangers 2023. This list is meant to recognize people in the global financial services industry who are helping to change the game for LGBT+ diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
