Join us in San Diego, CA as an Infrastructure, Operations and Security Manager to lead our ITOpS group. This role reports into our Director of Technology and CISO.

The annual base salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $155,000 to $175,000. Placement within the range will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the position, as well as internal equity considerations and market conditions.

 

Responsibilities

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll:

  • Lead infrastructure operations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-connected environments
  • Drive modernization initiatives through automation, cloud integration, and operational simplification
  • Oversee Network, Security, Help Desk, and Application Support functions
  • Ensure reliability, security, disaster recovery readiness, and service excellence across the firm
  • Mentor and develop a talented technology team while partnering closely with Software Engineering and business leaders
  • Manage vendor relationships, strategic projects, budgets, and technology roadmaps

Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced technology leader with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • 8–12 years of progressive infrastructure / systems experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment preferred
  • Relevant certifications (Azure, VMware, ITIL, security-related) are a plus
  • Proven people leadership and operational management expertise
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, security, virtualization, identity services, backup/recovery, and endpoint management
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
  • A passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable technology platforms
