Software Developer
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you'll help design, develop, and support business applications that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and provide value to users across the organization.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, release, documentation, and support. Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with teammates and business users to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and enhance web applications, APIs, integrations, reporting solutions, and data-driven business applications.
- Maintain existing applications and provide production support when needed.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, integration, data, and configuration issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved application reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, or relevant technical certification
- Professional software development experience appropriate to the level of role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for technology, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality solutions

Core technologies and practices
- C# / .NET
- SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Web Frameworks (Blazor) and JavaScript
- REST APIs and JSON-based data exchange
- Object-Relational Mapper (Entity Framework Core, Dapper)
- Git version control
- Familiarity with enterprise application development practices
